Chestnut Hill Room Tariffs
Valid from 1stApril 08 to March 31st 09

Traditional B & B  (in house) including a cooked breakfast, and 10.30am checkout.  

A 10% surcharge applies from 24th December until January 31st and all Public Holidays.
A minimum two night stay is required over  Christmas/ New Years Eve / New Years Day period & All public holidays.

Three course A`la carte dining is available (48hrs hours notice required) at $75.00 per person.
We are fully licensed or a small charge is made for BYO.

Packages for ‘in house’ guests;

• 2 Nights accommodation + one local seafood platter for 2 & a bottle of local sparkling wine - $545
• 2 Nights accommodation + one 3 course evening meal for 2 - $575.00
• 1 Nights accommodation + Bottle of local wine & hand made local chocolates - $265
• 2 Nights accommodation  + ‘in-house’ massage for two + a bottle of local sparkling wine. - $570
• Golf Packages available on request

Reservations ..

• All reservations require a deposit of 25% payable by cash, eftpos or credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds ..

• A booking fee of $50.00 will be charged for all cancellations made 7 days prior to the reserved arrival date.
• The full tariff will be charged to cancellations of less than seven days notice.

Additional Guest information ..

• Chestnut Hill is a ‘non smoking’ accommodation & guests are requested to smoke on their verandah.
• The Chestnut & Lavender rooms are designed to accommodate one couple or a single person in a queen size bed, all bedrooms have ensuites.
• The Rose room has Twin King Single beds + ensuite.
• A maximum of 3 couples can be accommodated ‘in-house’ at any one time.
• Chesters Studio  accommodates one couple [ self contained ].
• Pandora’s Chalet can accommodate two couples [ self contained].
• All guests staying ‘in house’ enjoy a fully cooked breakfast [included in the tariff].
• Check in time is 3pm & check out time is 10.30am [ exceptions can be made via negotiation ].
• Our accommodation is designed exclusively for Adults and is not suitable for children.
• Our ‘self contained’ accommodation has all bedding, linen, laundry, cooking facilities provided however NO food is provided.
• Continental breakfast hampers are available to the self contained accommodation at an extra charge.
• Complimentary internet access is available to all guests.
• WiFi is available to all guests traveling with laptops / note books etc.
